Return Policy

In Stock Items: For a full refund on an in stock piece purchased on our site, reveriejewelry.co, a cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Any requests made after 24 hours will be available for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of cancellation. All pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is damaged or unsaleable.

Made to Order Items: All custom, bespoke and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note:

• Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies before buying.

• Return request frequency is kept on record. Reverie Jewelry has the right to refuse a return if excessive return requests are made by the same individual.
